Samsung Galaxy S5? This happened to me also. The last day I was able to receive email was the 25th. It appears there is something with the security certificates. Change the Security Type from SSL to SSL (Accept all Certificates) and that should do the trick.
On your phone:
Security type: SSL (Accept all certificates)
I didn't have to change it on the Outgoing Settings, only Incoming.
