Do you have a legacy account (e.g.,,, etc., i.e., any att domain other than

Accessing only the webmail or do you also using email client apps (e.g., Thunderbird, Outlook, mobile email client apps, etc.)?

If using email clients make sure they are not deleting incoming emails.

Also check filters on the webmail (click settings gear -> more settings -> filters).
