Yup, the options appears to be gone from the tool bar at the bottom of the message. On the other hand, believe it or not, switch back to "classic" layout, open the email, and at the bottom right of the message there's a "printable view" "button". Click that to initiate a print.
To get to "classic" click the settings gear -> more settings -> "switch to classic email" near the bottom left side. To switch back out of classic click the "Switch to the newest att.net Mail" in the upper right side of the classic email layout.
