Hello, is there a way to reset my password without answering the security questions? I am unable to answer them correctly..

If you can't answer your security questions then with Forgot ID/Password you still get the choices from there of having a temporary password sent to your recovery email address or by snail mail to your billing address.  If you made the mistake of defining your recovery email address as the email address you are trying to recover or you no longer are a paying customer so there is no billing address on record (or you moved and it's invalid) for snail mail then try calling the Digital Assistance Center (877-273-2728).
