I have been trying to reset my password on my email but all it has felt really need to get axis to my email is there anyway you can help I have tried every way possible

best sugestion is to send a private message to the customer care team and ask for your account to be reset..
Pick one of their care team links (any will work) and send a message with your name, account, phone, contact email, best time to connect with you, and a message with your needs. Give them a couple days or so to get back with you, and I hope they can help.
