Email & website lockout
I have iPhone AT&T email, att.net email and MyAT&T website accesses.
I am locked out of all my email accesses and website now.
Originally my email account said I needed to re-enter my passwordand when I did it took me to a reset password site. I did the password reset and it came back and stated successful and then took me to a message that stated attempt failed so I went through it again and had the same results. I went to my AT&T website and accessed it and changed the password there and went back to my email and it still wouldn't work did a password reset again and had the same results so now I am locked out of EVERYTHING and it says to try back in 24 hours! I need some assistance in resolving this. I need to contact someone however there are no phone contact numbers I can call and the Chat people keep giving me links to reset which I cant use because I'm locked out!
