Email was Hacked

I received an email in my spam folder and it supposed to be sent by a hacker. This hacker said mi email and my (used to be) password, claiming that he hacked my email.He us also want me ransom money $900.00. I do still have that email. 
The question is where can  report this person/hacker?  

I will appreciate any help....
