email mixup

I signed up for a purchase and used the wrong email address under  Can I get that email combined.  the information 

is the same.  Instead of using [email scrubbed], I used [email scrubbed] and my receipt from sears went to that email address and I need to return the item and they sent the receipt to the wrong email address and won't change it and send to the correct email address.

I've just got to see the answer to this one....

Exactly HOW does creating a subaccount allow the OP to see email in the primary  account (or any other account for that matter)?
