Email Hijacked
I stopped receiving emails on my cellphone. I tried to log in to my @att.net account, which failed. When trying to reset my password, I found that the security questions and recovery email address were not mine. It appears my account was stolen/hijacked. Without access to that account, do I have any options to recover my email address? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hello @MTRakker,
If the email address was associated with AT&T services you should still be able to sign into your online myAT&T account. To learn more about signing in check out this Recover Your AT&T Access ID support article. Let us know if this helps!

The problem is that the “bad guy” changed the recovery email address and the security questions, so I can’t log in to change the password. I’ve had the email for a very long time, and don’t believe I am paying for any ATT service currently, so I don’t know if I have myATT.
