Email Hacked

I received an email from “AT&T” saying my mail box was full and also a link. Turns out to be a hack. Hacker sent out emails to my contacts posing as me asking for ITunes gift card for my nieces birthday. Changed my password. Now how do I blast out a global email to contact list telling them I was hacked?
