Email Client no longer accesses

I have two email accounts with at&t that I access using windows live mail.

Yesterday, the address started failing with "incorrect password",

but the address keeps working fine.

Both have all the same settings and same password.

Tried using on-line help to change to some new scheme,

but that fails to find the server (

What changed?  How do I fix it?

I have the same problem using Thunderbird and the Ipad mail client. ATT was completely unhelpful and tried to charge me for debugging a problem that is clearly at their end.
