Please unlock my account. I can not reset it.
There have been too many failed sign in attempts. To get help, please visit att.com/myatt and use Forgot user ID or Forgot password links.

When I try the reset password link and it gives me an error and never resets.

your going to have to call them at&t does not read the forums when you call at the voice prompt say password reset
