  • I followed the steps, in another thread, on how to unmerge my Yahoo email from AT&T.  I now have no access to my Yahoo email and AT&T service hasn't been able to fix it yet.  It has been 6 days!!  It was supposedly escalated but on Saturday (48 hours after the original call to AT&T), but then it was going to take 3-5 days.  Since I found out I missed getting a key email from My doctors' office, I called customer service to check to see if there was a way to speed things up.  I am told that there is nothing they can do because they have to follow their "process" and it doesn't matter that they are impeding my medical care (the nurse who emailed me is out of the office for an emergency) because they have a process and that the 3-5 days should have been 3-5 business days.  Is there anything I can do?  Nothing has worked so far.  


    Since this is a known issue, it should take more than a week to fix.  And, my service time frame should have began 2 days earlier when we originally called not when we followed up on Saturday since they had not called back (we were told they would call back in 24-48 hours and they did not).  ANY ASSISTANCE WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!
