DSL unable to log in and pay bill
I have for the past several day (three) to be exact. We have just experienced a major hurricane and now as we are finally getting lights/power, banks, stores and other businesses are finally open. I have attempted to pay my bill. I have talked to several representatives, online chat and more. I was told if I paid my bill over the phone it would be an extra five dollars. I struggling to pay my account though each day without access is making is making my bill later and later. I have reset my password, logged in and now I'm told I am locked out. So how is Tony able to view my bill and I can't the consumer. Why would you charge a late fee while we all are trying to survive after this major natural disaster. How do I get my account unlocked. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO PAY THIS BILL????
