Desperate
PLEASE HELP ME!
I cannot access my Yahoo! email account since July 19th, 2017. I am trying to unmerge it with my sbcglobal.net account. I get an error...

use your Yahoo! account XXXXXX by clicking Unmerge. When you unmerge your accounts:"
However, when clicking unmerge - I get an error:
"Inactivity Timeout
Description: Too much time has passed without sending any data for document. "
