Delay in receiving emails to my yahoo mail.

For some very odd reason, my yahoo mail is very delayed in receiving emails to all devices. When people send me emails or when I send an email to others, I get the same issue. Why is that? I see that the ones I send show up quickly in my "sent" folder but do not appear to download into my inbox for a while. What is wrong?

Can you try accessing your Email through att.net and see if there is any difference.

You will just need to go to Currently.com and sign in. You could try using that for a while and see if there's any difference. Also, if you haven't already given the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool's Email Setup & Repair a try yet as Max recommended, we'd highly suggest giving that a go first.

There seems to be a problem that cannot be easily resolved. I have a Bell South account email that I have had for twenty years, and emails are not received by my iphone. I am using the yahoo account as directed by ATT. My CPU can receive the email, but not the iphone using the latest Yahoo configuration. The emails just do not load properly. The advice above, namely to use currently.com, is not a response to this issue. What can I do?
