Copyright infringement tutorial Server error

I keep getting the "Server error" page when trying to take the copyright infringement tutorial.

To hopefully not get the same parroted responses from AT&T that they have given the MANY users with this issue, I will state now that I have already tried the following troubleshooting tips:

Used my primary sign in

Refreshed the gateway

Cleared cache and cookies

Tried different browser (Edge and Chrome)

Tried multiple devices

Refreshed my account password

Is there anything I'm missing?

AT&T is threatening to cut off my internet next week if this doesn't get figured out. Considering the fact that I work from home, this would make me unable to work.

@tonydi I got it worked out. Instead of logging in with my normal login credentials, (personal email), I had to use the email that was assigned to my account (*username*@att.net). To find out what your @att.net is, go to the login screen and select "forgot username". You'll get an email with this email info. You can then go back to the login screen and reset password. This way you can login to your AT&T account with a login that they recognize. Once you're in, the tutorial will work. Hopefully this helps. The problem was that I was logging in with my normal login, using my personal email.

@Ace5Card   If by some miracle ATTHelp finds a way for you to access this webpage, please come back and post the solution here.  As it sounds like you already know, it's been an ongoing issue affecting tons of AT&T customers.  I've never seen anyone post a solution that we could pass along to other forum members so they don't have to do this silly song and dance.

@tonydi

I can't even seem to get that far. I've logged into the direct chat, but there is no response. I'm just sitting there waiting for @ATTHelp . Before they threaten to cut off service unless a specific action is performed, they should probably ensure that said specific action is possible. If I work from home, and my internet is shut off, I'm unable to work, and that can't happen. I'm starting to consider finding a new ISP... Here's a screen shot of the error.

Shocking.  🙄

This whole thing is a giant fiasco and has been for a long time.  They have to be aware it's broken because of all of the posts like yours where ATTHelp eventually participates.

I can only presume nothing really happens if you don't do the tutorial because if they truly did follow through with disconnection tons of people would be in here screaming!

Terrific!  I can't believe that this is the issue for the vast majority of people who have posted about this problem in the forums over a very long period of time but I'm glad it did work out for you.  I'll suggest that to the next person that comes along and see what happens.

Thanks for following up with your solution!
