CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003] - need ticket status

I need AT&T to give the status of ticket created 2/3/22 for #226260156 - to fix CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003]. I am still waiting for someone to contact me - to have this resolved. The issue started back in 1/2021.

See the screen shot on AT&T's message before losing access to the emails.

Apparently, when I consolidated accounts together, the server needed to authenticate me... BUT 2 of my accounts did NOT have recovery options. So these 2 emails are "stuck" without a way for me to reset passwords. I was told that as long as I remember the last password, it could be fixed. DEFINITELY RELIEVED... because I know the password.

But I'm still waiting... here is an excerpt of the 2/3/22 chat:

  • Rei: I have created a ticket for this. You will receive an update on how to reset your email account. You may be contacted via SMS, email or phone call.
  • Me: Perfect
  • Rei: Kindly check your phone from time to time and keep your lines open for any updates, Ingrid. Here is your case number: 226260156.

Please get back with me on the status and the fix. Thanks.

Let's get you back into your email again, ingridthegreat

Thank you for all the information that you have provided, however we are unable to provide the ticket status for the request that you are presenting. However, we can help with the care code that you have.

What we are going to do is transition this interaction to a Direct Message. You will notice a chat icon next to a bell icon at the top of the page on the right hand side. Our next message to you will appear there.

In the meantime, if you could please gather your account information. Do not post that information here. We will ask for it again in the Direct Message.

Just look for that Direct Message and follow all the instructions.

Thank you using the AT&T Community Forums.
