CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003] - need ticket status
I need AT&T to give the status of ticket created 2/3/22 for #226260156 - to fix CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003]. I am still waiting for someone to contact me - to have this resolved. The issue started back in 1/2021.
See the screen shot on AT&T's message before losing access to the emails.
Apparently, when I consolidated accounts together, the server needed to authenticate me... BUT 2 of my accounts did NOT have recovery options. So these 2 emails are "stuck" without a way for me to reset passwords. I was told that as long as I remember the last password, it could be fixed. DEFINITELY RELIEVED... because I know the password.
But I'm still waiting... here is an excerpt of the 2/3/22 chat:
- Rei: I have created a ticket for this. You will receive an update on how to reset your email account. You may be contacted via SMS, email or phone call.
- Me: Perfect
- Rei: Kindly check your phone from time to time and keep your lines open for any updates, Ingrid. Here is your case number: 226260156.
Please get back with me on the status and the fix. Thanks.
