Can't download AT&T Internet Security Suite powered by McAfee®

I have AT&T U-Verse and I get this message no matter what I try: "The AT&T Internet Security Suite is only available to AT&T High Speed Internet and DSL customers at this time". I had it before my hard drive crashed and now have a new one. My internet speeds are great but cannot download the Suite.
