Can't access email

A couple weeks ago after my computer did an update I tried to login to my sbcglobal email account,  When I entered my password I received the error message as incorrect user or password info.  I tried again and made sure that both were correct and I received the same error message.  Finally it locked the account and said that I needed to reset the password.  I tried to reset the password and it tells me there is not enough information to reset password.  What are my options now?  Please help with any info that might enable me to access my sbcglobal account.  I can be contacted [EDITED per Community Guidelines]
