Cannot receive emails on old "bellsouth.net" account
I recently regained access to an old bellsouth.net account that had been unused for years. I am able to login and send emails but cannot receive any emails.
Senders get the following message when trying to email me: "Your message wasn't delivered to XXXXXX@bellsouth.net because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail"
How do i unblock my account so it can receive emails? Several hours on the phone with customer "support" got me nowhere! Please help.
