Cannot log in to AT&T mail account from web browser

Whenever I try to log in to my AT&T mail account from any web browser, I get the following message:

Looks like you’ve tried to sign in unsuccessfully too many times. Recover your ID or reset your password to continue.
CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003]
This is not a problem with my account as I am able to use it just fine for mail apps on mobile.
