Cannot download McAfee
I have been trying to download my free McAfee to my new laptop for 3 weeks. I called AT&T and was told the site was down and to give it 24 to 48 hours. I have been trying every day since and still getting the same error. "We cannot process your request at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

You've been trying to download it for 3 weeks on your laptop, have you tried downloading it on any other device, or using different browsers?

I have tried to download from both internet explorer and google chrome.I get the same message from both.

There has been no McAfee download link for at LEAST 6 months now at AT&T's web site. Both AT&T & McAfee are aware of the issue, so they say. Been told they're working on resolving the issue but if it's been six months, then that's a lie. The issue would have been resolved long ago if either party were serious.
This would be laughable if it weren't so pathetic.
