Can not sign on to Yahoo eMail

When I try to sign-on to Yahoo from a browser or any of my devices, the sign-on process is intercepted and sent to a AT&T sign-on box.  When I complete the information and click sign-on I get an error that says I do not have an eMail associated with the AT&T access ID.  It says if I have an eMail address I need to link it.  When I link it I get an error that says the address is already linked.  So....  the loop goes on and on.  The store tech tried for more than an hour to help but got no where.


How do I fix this???

There are a few things that can affect your email and we have solutions to many of those issues below. We have personally used these solutions and confident they will help you!

First try clearing your cache and cookies, then try logging.
