can not download AT&T Internet Security Suite
Sign in to download AT&T Internet Security Suite powered by McAfee.
I clicked "Get it" to link to "English Download". By clicking it, Go to the
McAfee together is Power page with this error message:
- A System Error occurred. Please try again.
If you continue to experience problems, please contact Customer Support.

I tried both edge and chrome, none is work. Chrome is my default. I have windows security.

Are you currently using a qualified internet plan?
Internet plans of 3.0Mbps or higher qualify for free AT&T Internet Security Suite.

yes, i have Internet 18。I install AT&T Internet Security Suite in four pcs, after one is died, I am tried to install a new one.

I am having the exact same problem as gwoliangc. Come on ATT, get your act together. I called support yesterday and McAfee. McAfee told me this is a problem others have had and it's on ATT end. ATT tech support did not have a clue, would not believe me and wanted to try a bevy of unrelated solutions - no doubt from a script that has nothing to do with this problem. Ridiculous.

I have the same issue I have internet 1000, and I get the exact same message: System Error occurred. Please try again.
Tried 3 different browsers, restarted system, everything is up to date.

I too runs into an issue. When I click on Get It button it brings me to screen where I click on English Download button. From there it brings me to McAfee.com site where I can buy the software. Supposedly next step was "Read and accept the End User License Agreement and follow the prompts to complete your installation."
ATT Support opened a ticket for the problem few days ago and yet to hear back with solution.
Its disappointing to see this issue has been going on for a while now.

I have same problem Just switched to ATT a couple of days ago. Can't download the internet security package. I chatted with someone and their only solution was that the problem was at McAffee and I should wait a day and try again. Well, I've waited and it still doesn't work. Come on ATT!!!

i have the same problem. I spoke to att support and they transferred to Mcfee support. he said the problem exists and they are working on it. he said he will open up a ticket. I asked for the ticket number, and he said it will be on the att.net email. email never came! Maybe i should have stayed at xfinity?
