can I download the AT&T antivirus based on my Fiber account

When it comes to downloading our AntiVirus software, we recommend following our AntiVirus Plus Installation Guide to ensure you're getting it installed properly. Here are a few easy steps to help with getting it installed.


Note: You should uninstall existing security software on your device before downloading AT&T AntiVirus Plus. This includes current or expired security products. If you don't, you may get subscription expired errors.

Here’s how to get it:

  1. Go to AT&T AntiVirus Plus and select Download Now.
  2. Enter your AT&T user ID and password.
  3. Choose your option. If you have internet speeds of:
  • 3Mbps or higher, go to Step 4.
  • 1.5Mbps or lower, select Buy Subscription. You can purchase a subscription for $5 per month.
  1. Follow the prompts to download and install AntiVirus Plus.

If you're still having trouble after going through these steps, a general troubleshooting step we recommend doing is ensuring you're logging into the correct account. It's important to note that you'll only be eligible to get the software on the account that's linked to the correct service, so for example if you have both wireless and internet service with us, be sure you're using your internet credentials when signing in since that's the service that provides you with AntiVirus Plus.
