Blocking email

Can't block unwanted email any longer, what's up?

Hi, @turboswede, we would be happy to assist with your email services.

 

We recommend making sure you are following the correct methods for blocking unwanted emails.

  1. Select the gear Mail Gear Icon, then More Settings.
  2. Choose Security and privacy and do one of the following:
    • To block: Select +Add, enter an email address, then choose Save.
    • To unblock: Select a blocked email address, then select the trash can.

 

We also suggest using Currently, as this is our preferred method for our users to access our email services.

No, that's the problem. I used to be able to just go through the unwanted emails and just click "Block Sender". That has disappeared. What changed and how do I get it back?

So, I'm supposed to type in every email address that I want to block? Do you see the problem with that?
