Blocking a site that I listed under security exceptions

Hi.  First, I hate AT&T Active Armor.  I wish I could turn it off.  I'm a web developer and I sometimes need to go into to weird sites so I can fix them.  

Second.  I am trying to fix a client's site now.  It is being blocked by AT&T.  I have added it to my "Security Exceptions" list in "Smart Home Manager."  It is still being blocked.  What do I do?

ATTHelp can't be paged like that since they're on a different system and don't get notifications.

You'll just have to hang in there and wait for them to wander by.

To get started, please let us know a little more details on the error you're receiving when you try to access the website. This will help us figure out what might be causing the website to be blocked. 

 

Also, could you specify which web browser you're using when this happens? We just want to confirm if it's the website or the ActiveArmor that's blocking it.

@ATTHelp - This is what I see when I go to the site. 
My Browser is Chrome Version 105.0.5195.127 (Official Build) (64-bit)
And here is a screenshot showing that the website is added to my security exceptions list on Smart Home Manager.

Hey @jmiertschin, we know blocked pages can be frustrating.

 

We suggest contacting abuse_rbl@att.net for help with unblocking the site. If adding it to your exceptions list inside of Smart Home Manager doesn't work, sending them an email is your best option.
