We can help you unblock the website, pin1down.

Sometimes a website that you know is safe may trigger a blocked notification. If you trust the page, you can select Allow Access to add the site to the exceptions list in the Smart Home Manager.

If you're not able to add the website to your exceptions list, try disabling Internet security through your gateway.

Here are the steps:

  • Click on Advanced Settings in the Smart Home Manager to be routed to your gateway
  • Click on the Firewall tab
  • Click Security Options
  • Enter your network password and from there you should see the option to disable Internet security

Let us know if this helped or if you need further assistance.

Hello, subbum.

If you use the link to the Smart Home Manager that was previously provided, you can visit Advanced Settings to unblock websites.

You can also select Allow Access to add the site to the exceptions list if you get a website block notification.

Let us know if you need help with anything else.

Thanks for letting us know that you're trying to block a site and not unblock one like the original poster, subbum.

There are no settings that will allow you to block specific websites, however, you can set content controls with the Smart Home Manager. Start by creating a profile, then creating profile filters and limits.

If you'd rather use router settings to block websites, you can purchase a 3rd party router that comes with that feature.

Thanks for visiting the AT&T Community Forums.
