Blacklist Removal

I am working with a customer of mine and I cant seem to get them removed from the att.net blacklist. Mx toolbox on there exchange server shows everything to be clear. I have submitted multiple forms with no reply. They still are getting NDR messages. I was wondering if there is someone I can talk to directly to get this issue resolved.
