I no longer have the ability to send and receive emails for my bellsouth.net account which was added as a POP account in your Outlook.com page, there is a possibility that the authentication to pick the incoming emails of your bellsouth.net address on your mail provider’s servers has been broken.
This was created a very long time ago. I then had it coming in under a hotmail account. I never had to sign in again. ATT will not reset my password, wherever it was created, att needs certain info from me, 22 year old info which I looked into my IRS returns such as a zip code. Att said that was all I was told they needed. I am getting no help. The email is still working, it is MY EMAIL, I should be granted access to it. It is my initial email, Business, Banking, and other instituions have it. I just can't say OH WELL and forget about it. I require it back. Can anyone here help? Thank you.
