ATT/Smart Home blocking my legitimate website

We have some customers trying to look at our webpage, which shows as blocked when trying to navigate to it.

I can't find any negative reviews or reputation on my website from any source online.  The site's been up for 3 years now, but recently had someone revamp it.

How can I fix this or how can I contact AT&T support without being a direct customer to resolve this?


I saw that there was a site testing link in another forum post, but that link led to nowhere.

What message appears when you try to access the website?

Inform your customers to open the site in incognito mode, if it opens fine on another device, there's a chance one of their web browser plugins or extensions is preventing the site from loading. If the website loads in their browser's private browsing mode, They can usually solve the problem by disabling browser extensions.
