I am so frustrated I can scream.  I am trying to access my email.  I forgot my passowrd so I followed the "forgot password" steps and reset it.  Now when I attempt to log into my email I am getting a message saying that I am not authorized to access the email account.  What in the world!!!!!  There is no online chat available to assist me.  There is no Tech Support available to assist me.  This is awful.  I have an important email I need to respond to and can't.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm sorry you're having some issues with your email account. Do you have an active AT&T internet service? Is it stand alone email address or is it a sub-account associated with another email address?

I am having the same problem. I have a stand alone email that has been locked because it wasn’t accepting my password. I don’t know how to access the account to receive an access key? Can you help?
