I began using att.net email when we were ATT UVerse customers. I have since canceled my ATT account but was told at the time that I could continue to use my att.net email, which I did. In February, I lost access to my email because the password was changed. Now, when I try to get help in resetting my password, I cannot talk to anyone because your voice response system requires an active phone number or account number in order to get help. How do I fix this?
