att.net email not accessible for 13 days/constant loop of resetting password
I was logged out of my email address on Nov 1, 2018. I attempted to sign back in and upon inputting my user ID (email address) and pressing next, I was sent to att.com and had to input info to reset my password. I completed this process and went to sign back in and have been stuck in a constant loop of not being able to input a password. I have contacted support, been given temporary passwords, updated a password and still no access. I can log into att.com and att.net but not the email. I was then told of an outage on several occasions and then also that my email was suspected as a spam email address. Changing the password should fix the spamming issues, but unfortunately, I cannot access my email account that has precious pictures, sentimental emails, not to mention is the default for nearly all my online activity. Please help this is causing me financial burden at this point.

We do know that getting your email is very important. According to your posting you have stated that you are in a log-in loop. We are actually working on that matter currently. We do not have an ETA as of yet, but we are monitoring this, around the clock and working with the correct teams to get this resolved.
