We're here to help you with your login concern, michellnkids!
We have a current known issue we are facing, where we are unable to request password resets for AT&T e-mails not associated with an active AT&T account. This may be the case in regards to your e-mail.
While we do not have a current estimated time for a resolution, we suggest reattempting to login in 72 hours.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you for being a part of our AT&T Community!

This reply is absolutely pointless. Also, it is assigned as a sub account to another ATT account I can currently log into. I can navigate once logged in to manage email and I see the email login I’m trying to reset password on so I beg to differ unless you mean a non PAYING account

Your lucky you can still log into the ATT master account. ATT has had trouble reseting peoples email password for a bit now. They don't seem to care to help or fix the problem.

Yea but it’s frustrating as it shows me my sun email account I’m trying to reset password on and has a password edit button but says I have no access to it!! Just seems wrong to keep an email box hostage like that. It’s like the US postal system giving you a mailbox, filling it every day with mail, locking it and keeping the key. What ATT is doing is wrong!!

Has anyone been able to reset their password after all of this? I am incredibly furstrated. Was given a ticket from ATT and told that a Yahoo rep would call me in 3-5 business days. It has now been 7. I am in desperate need to get into my email. This is frustrating! Not sure I would ever go back to ATT as a service provider!
