ATT WIFI Customers Unable to Access our APP, seems like ATT Internet Security Blocked the URL
We received several customer calls about unable to access our mobile APP. All of those customers are using ATT WIFI. Upon review with the customer, we noticed that ATT Internet Security has blocked our URL. Once customers disabled the Internet Security Active Armor, they are able to access the APP again.
We have a large customer base across the US but only ATT WIFI users have that issue. We would like to know how we can ensure that our customer are able to access the APP without issue.

I do not have ActiveArmor and I experienced the same issue, not being able to access the App last night I have had this issue a few times over the last week but last night was the longest it was inaccessible!

That's interesting, sweetlady35... but how do you know that the app you couldn't access is the same one that SSSPRD posted about?
SSSPRD, there is no information available to us about how to petition to be removed from the black list. We have suggested people try the AT&T Business Forums to see if they have any suggestions; all ATThelp will do in this forum is make suggestions that apply to mail servers, not web servers.
