ATT RBL and Digital Ocean

How do I get ATT to remove my company's mail server from their RBL? I am not on any other blacklist and have TLS, DKIM, DMARC, SPF... all working. My server is hosted with digital ocean it seems that may be an issue. I've sent several emails to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net just as their bounce response says, but i get nothing more than an auto-reply, "Thank you for contacting the AT&T Postmaster Staff...".

This is becoming a big deal, my company is an answering service and we send message notifications to our clients over email, many have ATT email addresses.

Hey @pescit,

For the best assistance, you will need to continue contacting the Postmaster team as they are the only department with the tools necessary to assist with this.

Thank you for contacting the AT&T Community & Forums team.

HOW?

I keep forwarding bounces to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net, but I get no response. Is there another way?
