At&t. Net email account I didn't set up

I did not make a at&t.net email account. How can I gain access to this account and deactivate it or have tech support deactivate this account for me. I belebel that I am being hacked because of this account and want it removed immediately from whatever account it is linked to. Thanks.

If you have att internet you also have an email account as part of that service. Your account's "user name" is in the form of a email address (e.g., your_name@att.net) and you have an account password.  You need this info to manage your account through myAT&T.  So you really cannot "deactivate" it.  Not sure what other implications there are if you deactivate the primary account but it won't be good.

As for being "hacked" what makes you think that?  And what makes you think your user id also being in the form of an email address is the reason for that?
