I have 1gb speed and have been attempting to DL the antivirus software. This is what Ive done so far 1) While signed into my account, I search for the DL LINK. 2)After I click on the link, it redirects me to a screen where I have to sign in again. Ive tried signing in over 5 times and hit continue. The page just keeps refreshing to prompt me to sign in again, w/o any messages that Ive used the wrong ID or PW. It just refreshes to the initial page. Any way I can get the link emailed or can you fix the link? Thanks

Hey, @sudarshan24. Let's see if we can help get your Internet Security Suite working.


Have you tried signing in using different browsers? You could also try clearing the cache and browser history. If none of that helps, resetting your password may do the trick.
