AT&T is blocking websites

Our company hosts multiple domains and out of the blue AT&T has started blocking access to these sites. These are just normal auction sites and there is no malicious content. I have found that if a user is on AT&T home internet or cellular they are refused connection to our server. However if a VPN is used then all will work as normal.

It looks like AT&T fixed their issue for us. Perhaps wait it out?

The "Don't have permission on this server" message, may be a simple as old cached information. Recommend to delete cache/cookies and then close all browser windows and try again. You can do that just for the website in question. I just had to that this week for the forums.

My site is also being blocked and I cant even access it from my own home because I use AT&T. Anyone with Comcast or others can see the site. Its cost me a fortune in lost business

Same thing is happening to my site, it's accessible to anyone not on AT&T, but my customers  coming through AT&T are getting blocked. Checked and confirmed we are not on any blacklists.

Same thing happening with https://wheredle.xyz. All users on ATT home networks are getting the attached error. Please help resolve. The TTM should not be this high, please escalate severity.

@nordovv   They must be blocking them just for you because they all work fine here.

I had similar issue. After some conversations, ATT help changed my thread to private and so I can post my tracert diagnoses. In the end, they admitted that they cannot help much.

AT&T blocked our site for one of our employees on the East Coast and he had to go into the router and specifically allow access to it. On the other hand, I'm also using AT&T on the West Coast and I've never had a problem with it, so there's that inconsistency. The blocking said it was because the site may have malware. We are developing the site and it has no malware, so how do we get AT&T not to block it?

@OnlyALad , the blocking you're describing comes from AT&T's Internet Security with Active Armor feature.  If you don't have it turned on (or it's not available to you because you're not on fiber), then this blocking will not occur.  As you describe, you can also unblock sites on a case by case basis.

There is no documented way to ask for your site to not be blocked.  Which stinks.

Others have issues where they cannot reach a site that has nothing to do with this feature, which may or may not have anything to do with AT&T blocking it.
