Ahh, the AT&T Internet Security feature (which is optional and can be turned off by the user) is blocking traffic to your site. The user can can add it to their exception list or turn off the feature completely.
I don't know how AT&T decides to list a site or how you can request a review of your listing. Perhaps ATTHelp knows...

We are here to help get your website back up and running, yulio89.
Thank you to @JefferMC for the useful information.
Here is more information on the Active Armor security suite feature that is affecting your website.
As the Ace stated, the user can turn on or turn off this feature and add this website the their exceptions list in the Smart Home Manager App.
In order to turn this feature on or off:

Marc, is there a process for the WebSite owner to appeal the fact that he is being blocked, rather than expect each user to bypass the security?
I'm not saying that you should automatically remove blocks, but there should be some sort of process to possibly have their site removed. That's what this guy is looking for.

Exactly, I have the same Question that @JefferMC asked, @ATTHelp , to be sincere you haven't gave me any solution with this, since most of the people that use AT&T doesn't even know that we are having this chat, and don't event know me, they see this message and think that the page is offline.

Hi, yulio89.
You can email our abuse team, which is also known as our Post Master Team.
They should help you with figuring out why your website is being blocked for everyone.
Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
Thank you for choosing AT&T.

Uh, Marc, RBL lists for SMTP servers and safety block lists for Web Servers should be two different things. If AT&T combines them into one, well, that says a lot about AT&T, and none of it good.
Would you mind passing this request up the chain to someone who understands what we're looking for?

My company has also been hearing from our customers who are also ATT customers that our URL is being blocked (https://www.jobtread.com). As soon as they turn off the feature called Home Network Security (in the modem) / Internet Security (in the Smart Home Manager app), it works fine. I am also an ATT customer and was able to confirm this was the case on my home network. It's not really practical for us to tell every customer who runs into this to disable this feature, ATT just needs to take our perfectly legitimate URL off of whatever list it's on. I'll email the "Post Master Team" but figured I'll share my issue here too.
