We're happy to help, @madhav.

Please give us a few more details so we can work on finding a solution for you.

What message do you receive when you try to access the site?

Are you trying to access the site from a home or work computer?

Have you made sure that you're using a secure server?

We suggest sending an email to our team at abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net to see if you've been blacklisted.

We'll be awaiting your response.

Below are the details

What message do you receive when you try to access the site?

M :

This site can’t be reached

sparshv2’s server IP address could not be found.

Try:

  • Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS configuration
  • Running Windows Network Diagnostics
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG

Are you trying to access the site from a home or work computer?

M : Home computer

Have you made sure that you're using a secure server?

M : Yes

That's an internal server meant to be reached while on your company's intRAnet, not from the IntERnet.  You'd need to get on your Company's VPN for that to work.

Really, Aminah, could you not look at his link and see there's not even an TLD on the host name?

Please explain how you were " on company intranet while accessing the link" since you were in your on home using your AT&T Network.  You have VPN software on your PC?

Try this for me.  Using (a) Xfinity then afterwards using (b) AT&T, please run this is a cmd window:

tracert sparshv2

And put the output from both in a reply.
