When I use my internet connection at home I can't reach mytravel.state.gov, but if I try from my work location I can access mytravel.state.gov. Tried multiple devices
Let's get that site up and working again, grp1212. We understand that you are gettign a blocking message when you go to a legit website. We can look at that together.
There are times when a legit website can be blocked, because the website checker thinks that it is a phishing or scam website. Depending on what internet service you have with AT&T, you might need to make a website exception. Let's show you how to do that.
If you have AT&T Fiber 1000 or higher and the BGW 320-500, then you will need to use AT&T Active Armor. You can access AT&T Active Armor through the Smart Home Manager app.
Here are the steps to allow certain websites.
On the profile page select Website filters>Add a website>type the Website Address>select Block or Allow this site> Save
Try this step and let us know. If this doesn't work there is much more that we can do for you.
