AT&T Access ID has a temporary protection lock. ERROR (FL001)
Tried logging into my email this morning got the ERRPR FL001,AT&T Access ID has a temporary protection lock. This is bellsouth.net email i have had it for 10+ years. I need access to it everything I have is tied to this account!

I have the same issue. FL001 is a fraud lock but the ATT Support people on the phone said there was nothing they could do except tell me to fill out a fraud form and wait for a reply from their security team. I've been waiting for about a week now. My email went down on 4/20 and is still down a full week later. No reply from the Security team and still getting the CARE CODE: 203.2 [FL001] error when trying to login to email.
