Adding sbcglobal.net mailbox to iPhone7
I followed the instructions posted to the community forum of adding in my name, email address, password, and description on the first page and I get an error message that “No password provided for my email address. Please go to Mail Account Settings and enter a password”. I am using the same password as that linked to my email account. It then takes me to the second page, where I click on the “POP” tab at the top, then I add the name, email address, and description followed by the Host Name of “inbound att.net”, my user name (which is the same as my email address), with my email address password. I followed this by changing the outbound server to “outbound.att. net”, followed by my user name and password, and I get the message “Cannot Connect using SSL”. I try to set it up the account without SSL, and I get the message POP Server “imap.mail.att.net” not responding. Can you tell me what I can do to get my sbcglobal.net mailbox added to my iPhone? Thank you, Michele
