Accessing att/Yahoo email
The issue is not to blame the customers. Three weeks is a long time to be patient. One computer friend said it's the ATT server that's the issue. There is never an answer when the issue will be resolved. The answer is always 24-48 hours again and again. Can't access no matter what browser used. Just end up in continuous loop of forgot userID/password. How can I talk to someone who can actually get my email working? GL Smith

I've called almost very day for three weeks, and the answer is always the same. We're working on the server. ATT blames Yahoo; Yahoo says it's ATT. When I talk to someone, it's ultimately we're working to resolve this issue. This gets really old as a response. I have called almost every day since Nov. 2. Every time, it's the same final answer, we're working to address the server issue. ATT says Yahoo; Yahoo says ATT. It doesn't matter who I call. It should not take three weeks to restore a customer's email. We try multiple browsers and it's always ends up in a continuous loop - forgot user ID and password. I'd like to talk tosomeone who can actually restore my email. Gretchen Smith
