Access to multiple email accounts through browser view - ATT email, SBCGLOBAL email, sub accounts
In the last week something changed about the way yahoo/sbcglobal accounts can be accessed through the webmail view. Specifically the browser view does not allow you to switch between email addresses the same way it used to work. How can I re-enable that functionality? Google mail has it and I would expect that ATT/Yahoo/SBCGLOBAL would continue to support this feature. Please advise. Note that changing passwords does not resolve this nor does clearing the cache, history and cookies on the browser. Same problem whether it is chrome or internet explorer.

Hello @needsupp025,
We understand that you're having email issues. Don't worry we can help with that.
Just to make sure we understand correct, you are able to log in to email account?
If not what error message are you receiving?

@ATTCares This is the same broken account switcher (with AT&T accounts) that dozens of us have been begging and complaining about for almost two weeks now. I think it would be a well documented problem by now.

This is not solved. ATT clearly has a page right NOW that states "Manage accounts
Easily switch, add or remove Yahoo accounts on this computer."
A tolerable workaround is to open a private window, and you can be logged in to multiple yahoo/att emails simultaneously.
In Firefox, open a "New Private Window" (from 3 horiz bar icon in upper right).
In Chrome this is called a "New Incognito Window".
Not sure about other browsers.
The burning question is: Why don't ATT personnel who are monitoring these questions offer this up as a workaround? I am no techie like they are. Why don't they inform people of this workaround? Not sure how this would play out on a Chromebook, but I assume Chrome would still let you open a new igcognito window.
