Access To Email

I'm having the same trouble lately.  It started about a week ago.  Now it says that my email is not valid.  I have had it for years.  I do not want to change my email since I have files in my folders.  My email is ***@sbcglobal.net  AT&T password has been reset several times.  I got a letter today saying "electronic service requested".  However, no new password, just AT &T's privacy notice
