403 ACCESS DENIED ERROR; IP REMOVAL FROM AT&T RBL BLACKLIST - PLEASE REMOVE MY IP ADDRESS ASAP!

AT&T RBL blacklist removal - 403 error messages - email re: malware from AT&T email received regarding 403 access denied error requests when accessing certain websites I have spoken to 8 CSRs, I have been disconnected at least 4 times when trying to resolve this issue. Why do NONE of your CSRs know about this issue? This is beyond frustrating. Why is my IP address on the AT&T RBL blacklist? I have followed all steps in the attached email but I am still unable to access ebay.com and usps.com. Why? Can you please help me with this???
